THE MUSIC MINISTRY OF THE TURNER SISTERS
THE TURNER SISTERS BIO
Four biological sisters, born in Oak Park, Illinois to Rev. Dr. Walter P. Turner, III and Lynne Marie Turner . The family currently resides in Flossmoor, IL. and are faithful worshippers at the New Spiritual Light M.B. Church where their father is the Pastor.
The Turner sisters are Lauren Ashley 26, LaToya Monique 23, Lynnelle Patrice 22, and Leah Marie 20.
Although the sisters never considered singing as a career, they began singing professionally 5 years ago, and sang throughout their childhood in local churches for their father and other ministries.
The Turner Sisters have been featured at Country Club Hills Summer Gospel Concert Series- Sponsored by Mayor Welch and the Pastors Network, St. Marks Covenant Church Florida State Conference , DAN Ministry Conferences, Joliet Gospel fest, Ministered @ G3(God Gets the Glory) Debut Concert ,opening act for Aaron Sledge, and 2103, appeared on stage with James Hall and Dorinda Clarke Cole and were featured @ the Chicago Gospel Fest 2010

The Turner Sisters have been inspired by the following artists - Clark Sisters, Commissioned, the Winans, Vickie Winans, Mary Mary, The James Sisters, J Moss, Pace Sisters, Tye Tribett, Tramaine Hawkins, Kim Burrell, and they are heavily influenced by Quartet Music
The Turner Sisters first EP project was released Feb 2010

Each Sister brings a unique quality to the group:
Lauren is a worshipper, sold out for Jesus, loves to sing, dedicated to the Lord, Minister of Music for her home church, and works full time in the area of Community Service and development.
LaToya is a true servant, percussionist for her home church, a fulltime student @ Chicago State University majoring in Psychology, and armour bearer for her Pastor.
Lynnelle is a Praise and Worship Leader, vocal powerhouse, and community liaison for HIV awareness.
Leah is the youngest of the group, also a praise and worship leader, lead soloist for her home church and currently a sophomore @ Columbia College.
